My Beloved - A Vision Victoria Boyson

I had some work to get done today,
but as I sat down to do the work, I couldn't get my mind to focus on it. All I wanted to do was think about how much Jesus' loves me; I couldn't get enough of Him. So, I just threw my head back one more time to soak in His
presence when I was suddenly hit by an intense vision from God.
The Enemy's Pursuit I saw a beautiful woman dressed in the most exquisite gown I'd ever seen; it was breathtaking. It was made of sheer material,
with a flowing long train and sleeves that grazed the ground. The woman herself was very beautiful and radiant. She had long, auburn hair that seemed to flow into her gown.
She was running from something that chased her
- something dreadful. I could tell she wanted desperately to get away. What chased her was cloaked in darkness. I could not see it clearly, but I knew it was dark and very dangerous. I could see at times it came very close to
catching her and she would grow more desperate to get away. She frantically glanced behind her as she ran becoming more terrified and desperate to stay out of their reach.
I watched her as she was searching everywhere
for a safe place to escape from them. As she ran, she spotted an open door leading to a rustic stone staircase. The opening of the doorway was, at first, hidden from her yet she ran toward it in hopes it would be a place she
could hide. It appeared quite ominous, but when she realized it was open she felt a glimmer of hope and ran toward it.
The girl ran with all her might toward the door. As she reached it, she dashed for the stairs without
hesitation. Still the creatures followed her close behind. Their desperation to have her - possess her - was as strong as her fear of them. It didn't seem they really knew why they were after her; still their cravings were
strong. They wanted her.
She continued up the stairs of the old building, climbing and gasping as she went, looking back only occasionally. She ran yet started losing ground - they were gaining on her. She suddenly
realized her only hope to escape them was to climb higher. Hope rose in her heart, but suddenly the stairs seem to become steeper as she climbed them. They were much harder for her to climb, but she was driven to do so. As she
climbed higher, she gained more ground from the creatures that wanted her.
I saw, as she continued to run from them, her expectation grew. She knew more clearly where she was going and was even more certain there would
be a place of refuge for her somewhere up ahead. As she continued to run, the train of her gown grew longer and more radiant. She seldom looked behind her now and the higher she went the more difficult it was for them to
follow.
Her desperation began to fall away now as joyful anticipation filled her, making her even more beautiful. She knew she would make it and she was filled with expectancy. Her faith filled her with confidence and
increased her strength.
Exhausted and trailing at a great distance, the creatures followed her still. They were somehow compelled to follow even though they had little hope of catching her.
The Light
The woman was completely fixed on what she could see ahead of her now. Before she saw nothing ahead of her, but now saw a radiant light before her. It was distant, but it was there and seeing it filled her with joy. As her hope
grew, her beauty became even more brilliant. The train on her gown continued to lengthen as she persisted in climbing the stairs.
Running with joyous longing, she continued now with every step bringing her closer to the
light she beheld - the Light of her Beloved. She knew as she neared the Light it was more to her than just a refuge from her pursuers. It was the Light of her destiny - her completeness - her total fulfillment.
The Light
poured on her now and gave her strength to reach higher and higher. Thoughts flooded her mind as the Light fell on her: He loved her - He would protect her - she was important to Him - she had a purpose - He had a plan - He
wanted to be her everything - healing filled her mind, heart and soul. Her eyes were raised to him - her lips released praise to Him.
She pushed herself harder and harder, not out of fear, but of inexpressible joy. Love
filled her heart and brought healing to her wounds. Confidence filled her legs and she flew faster and faster racing toward Him - her Dearest - her Everything - her Beloved. Nothing else mattered but Him - He was
everything to her and she was His whole heart.
She felt Him now. His heart drew her to Him. She was His world - beautiful - radiant - He wanted to hold her - protect her - and she was coming to Him. She was reaching
for Him, needing Him, wanting Him and loving Him.
She ran with a desperate hope of Him before she even knew He existed and her love was dearer to Him because of it. Her faith touched His heart and He wanted to cry for
her, but His cry went deep inside of Him, down deep inside as His face looked up to His Father and He was filled with a bright, captivating light.
The Light swelled His chest and burst out from him all around like a
powerful explosion. As it shot out, it seemed like long arms of light that exploded in all directions. The light that radiated from Him reached out to her and embraced her drawing her instantly to Himself.
He wrapped
Her in His embrace, burying her in light. She closed her eyes and hid her face in His chest, becoming one with Him, surrounded by His light and His love.
Everything - all - complete - shelter - one - life - love - all of
these things filled her. She was His and He was hers and nothing could harm her now. She was with Him in a place of safety...a place of rest.
Mercy Jesus saw them first, as they came trailing up the stairs
after her. She turned to follow His gaze and saw the creatures again as they approached. She was not frightened of them now.
Indeed, she pitied them. They'd tried to possess her, keep her for their own and make her what
they wanted her to become. Yet, as frightening as they used to be to her, they looked small and pitiful to her now.
Reaching her, they stood behind her unaccustomed to the light. Knowing little of why they had come,
they stood awkwardly before the radiant pair.
Watching them, and pitying them, she turned to Jesus and looked into His eyes. Without saying a word to Him, He understood her desire. Receiving her gaze, He gave her a
knowing glance. In response, He gently pulled back from her and heaved out a tremendous roar.
Suddenly, His body was filled with fire and He transformed into a ferocious Lion. His roar shot out of Him like fire and
saturated the creatures standing before Him. They braced themselves to receive the blow, indeed, almost welcoming it.
Instantly, the fire of His roar consumed the creatures; smoke and ash filled the space where they once
stood. The air snapped with sparks from the blaze and smelled like sulfur.
My eyes fell to the ground where they had stood before Him. There was a strange yet tranquil light coming from three men who knelt now where the
creatures stood only moments before.
The creatures had been men all along and now were once again made human. And in humble penitence they knelt before Him as He forgave them because she had asked. He had mercy on them
and had transformed them, returning them to the men they had been previously before sin had distorted them.
Understanding and thankfulness filled them now as they worship at His feet, grateful to be set free.
His Own The enemy is desperate to own, possess and use you for His own purposes. He will stop at nothing to deter you from your destiny in God - from your purpose and from oneness with your Beloved. He will use anyone
or anything, even your own desires to keep you from Christ.
The wounds the enemy inflicts and the dangers, which surround us, must bring us to desperate longing - we must run to Him believing He has something for us. When surrounded by darkness, we must not lose hope. Trust that He loves you and wants you for His own. He does.
Father, let Your light shine mightily through to me, Your people and the world. Help me to run to You in spite of what I see in the natural. Keep my heart completely focused on You and not what I can see with eyes.
Remind me Lord, continually, that You are for me and I am Yours.
